Can the Supplier Provide Door-to-Door Shipping with Customs Clearance Included?

When managing purchase orders and supply chain logistics, one of the most common questions buyers ask is whether the supplier can handle door-to-door shipping with customs clearance included. For Tiger Flask (zjshuaihu), the answer is yes—under specific conditions. This article explains how their DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping works, what it covers, and what you need to confirm before placing your order.

DDP Door-to-Door Shipping: What It Means

Tiger Flask offers DDP door-to-door shipping by air, by sea, and by train. DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. In practice, this means the supplier takes responsibility for transporting your goods from their factory to your designated address, including customs clearance and payment of duties. So when you ask for door-to-door shipping with customs clearance included, DDP is exactly the service you need.

However, it is important to note that DDP door-to-door shipping is not available in every country. Tiger Flask explicitly states that some countries do not have such shipping services. Therefore, you should always contact them directly to confirm whether DDP is available for your destination.

Shipping Modes Available

Depending on your order size, budget, and timeline, Tiger Flask can arrange DDP door-to-door shipping via:

• Air freight – faster but usually more expensive, suitable for urgent or smaller orders.
• Sea freight – cost-effective for large volumes, but longer transit times.
• Rail freight – a middle option for certain routes, balancing speed and cost.

All these modes can be arranged on a DDP basis, meaning customs clearance is included. The port of shipment is typically Ningbo or Shanghai in mainland China.

Why Customs Clearance Matters in Purchase Orders

Customs clearance is a critical part of supply chain management. If not handled properly, it can lead to delays, unexpected fees, or even seized shipments. By choosing DDP shipping, you transfer the responsibility of customs clearance and duty payment to the supplier. This simplifies your procurement process and helps you avoid hidden costs.

For example, if you are ordering the 12Oz Customizable Logo 16oz Double Wall Straight Insulated Beer Cooling Can Cooler Holder (model K002), you can request DDP door-to-door shipping. This product is a 16oz double-wall stainless steel can cooler, customizable with your logo, and meets food-safe standards. The MOQ is 500pcs for most products, though lower MOQs may be accepted for trial orders. Payment terms are T/T or Ali Trade Assurance, with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment or against copy of B/L.

What to Confirm Before Shipping

Before you finalize your purchase order, confirm the following with Tiger Flask:

• Whether DDP door-to-door shipping is available for your country.
• The exact shipping cost and transit time for your chosen mode (air, sea, or train).
• Any special documentation required for customs clearance in your destination.
• Whether the shipping cost includes all duties and taxes (DDP should, but always verify).

You can contact Tiger Flask directly via email at [email protected] or by telephone at +86 15295839501. Their address is No. 5, Weiwu East Road, Wujin Industrial Zone, Tongqin Town, Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China.

Conclusion

Yes, Tiger Flask can provide door-to-door shipping with customs clearance included through DDP service by air, sea, or train. However, since not all countries are covered, you must confirm availability for your specific destination. By using DDP, you simplify logistics, avoid customs headaches, and focus on growing your business.
